I read this article in
Real Simple. Looking at the list below it seems to obvious, but they really get into detail in the article, really helping me to re-focus.
- Thin people favor bulky foods.
- Thin people watch portion sizes.
- Thin people can put themselves first.
- Thin people have thin parents.
- Thin people don’t skip meals.
- Thin people limit their options.
- Thin people live in Colorado.
- Thin people don’t sit still.
- Thin people weigh themselves.
- Thin people don’t skip breakfast.
- Thin people enjoy their food.
- Thin people practice early intervention.
- Thin people do what works.

I just heard this list on Good Morning America. ANd I thought, Well, I'm screwed, my parents weigh a ton!
But, I am working on it myself, and I think that's all you can do, really.

I saw that and while I agree with most, it's not all or nothing. Portion size is key. And one important one is missing....though it may have been implied in the "not sitting still one". EXERCISE.
